Our products are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Below are the shipping options available. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout".
Standard Service
Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability.
Most Standard orders are delivered within 5 -7 business days from the order's ship date. Please note: most orders destined for P.O. Boxes and U.S. Territories are delivered within 6-14 business days of the order's ship date.
2nd Day Service
Second Day orders placed by 2:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability*.
Second Day orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the next business day*
Most orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date.
We're sorry. Orders destined for P.O. Box, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. Territories and some locations in Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for 2nd Day Service.
2nd Day orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Overnight Service
Overnight orders placed by 2:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability*.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped the next business day*
Orders shipped via Overnight Service are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date.

* All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. If your order cannot be processed, an email notice will be sent to advise.
To get a full product refund due to damaged goods bought , the company must be informed within 2 days of the product delivery date by sending a product photo and clarification of the issue to JCBella@email.com. Please note the following for return policy:
• Products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return.
• Refunds will only be processed when the item is received by JC Bella. • Refunds will only be proceeded on furnishing of original receipt.
• Once returned product is received, the refund will be made to the customer.
• For replacement of damaged / broken products received by the customer, the company must be informed within in 2 days of the products delivery date by sending a product photo and clarification of the issue at JCBella@email.com and the customer will ship the products and the cost incurred for shipment will be borne by the customer. The company will replace the goods and will bear the reshipment cost only for damaged products.
